This work explores the collapse of ideals through the fractured image of Athena—goddess of wisdom, now vandalised and fading.
Her marble form is cracked, defaced with graffiti, and crowned with a laurel rendered in neon—a symbol of victory distorted into something synthetic and unstable.
The frame, carved to resemble broken stone, mirrors her decay.
It speaks to a world where even wisdom crumbles—where our icons fracture, and what once guided us is lost beneath layers of noise and neglect.
